One is a small hole left in the center of the end, which is measured to receive the total pressure against the airflow. The other has a few holes in the side wall, the measurement of the hole vertical thousands of airflow, accept static pressure. The pressure difference between the two pressure gauges is the dynamic pressure (velocity head) at the point.
The retaining rod part is fixed on a spindle with the centrifugal blade part and the hammer rotor part of the small mill. The position is between the two, in order to pull out the pin shaft from the baffle plate and end plate of the hammer rotor, so as to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the hammer handle, the stopper rod is at an Angle of 60 with the hammer rotor part, and at an Angle of 30 with the centrifugal blade.
A tapered housing is fixed on the housing at the outer circumference of the stopper rod. The conical shell acts as a collector for the centrifugal fan to ensure the smooth flow of air from the hammer rotor cavity into the centrifugal fan cavity. In addition, the clearance between the stopper rod and the conical shell can be adjusted to control the crushing particle size of the material, so that no large material collapses into the cavity of the centrifugal fan. In this way, the negative effect caused by axial flow blades is reduced, and the defects of coarser particle size after removing axial flow blades are overcome.
