The crusher system includes feeding, auxiliary suction, discharge and other parts. Only when these parts match well with each other can the crusher play a good performance.
Pulverizer generally adopts impeller feeder or belt feeder to feed. Impeller feeder and belt feeder are equipped with auxiliary suction outlet, through the adjustment plate to properly open the suction outlet, so that the grinder when working, the formation of negative pressure in the crushing chamber, is conducive to the pulverized powder can be discharged in time screen. If the regulating plate is too small, the air intake is not large, the negative pressure in the crushing room is small, the powder discharge is not smooth, the powder is excessively crushed, the heat in the crushing room can not be discharged in time, the crusher must have a fever. When the crusher has a fever, the opening of the regulating board must be checked.
The auxiliary suction system of the pulverizer consists of a settling chamber, a pulse dust collector and a fan.
The space of crushing material settlement chamber should be as large as possible, which is the guarantee of smooth powder road and conducive to the smooth and timely discharge of crushing materials. The small space of the settlement chamber of crushed materials is also the reason for the poor discharge of powder. Therefore, appropriate space should be reserved in the design to meet the requirements of the process.
Select the corresponding pulse dust collector according to different types of mill. The selection of dust collector should be determined according to the filter wind speed, filter area and air volume check. In order to ensure the dust removal efficiency, the air volume of the fan should be selected close to the median value as far as possible, the air pressure should not exceed 20% of the design value, and the fan is not allowed to be installed directly upside down on the outlet of the dust collector. A large dust settling chamber must be set between the dust collector and the seal wrangler, so that the dust concentration of the gas entering the inlet of the dust collector is low. Filter bag filter material selection for the filter is polyester needled filter felt, using temperature ≤120℃, good acid resistance, poor alkaline resistance; For dust particle size ≤1μm, or high moisture dust can choose peritoneum polyester needle filter felt, but for large dust particle size, particle size distribution difference is too large dust is not applicable.
The smooth surface of the filter material is suitable for the dust surface: a) for lighter or containing frivolous debris dust; B) Dust with high humidity; C) Dust has high viscosity and adsorption; D) Dealing with gases with high dust concentration.
The wool surface of the filter material is suitable for the dust surface: a) the dust particle size is small; B) The dust particle size distribution is relatively uniform; C) Low dust humidity; D) Dust has low viscosity and absorption.

The discharge system of the crusher is composed of seal and bucket elevator. The function is to transport the powder through the screen to the next process, to ensure the continuous smooth discharge of the mill. At the discharge end of the twisted dragon, there is a material sealing baffle, whose function is to let the material discharge smoothly, blocking the wind at the discharge end of the twisted dragon does not enter the dust collector. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the material sealing baffle swings freely. When there is material, the material will lift the baffle and discharge the material. When there is no material, the baffle will sag freely and block the wind of the outlet is not inhaled.
When the crusher is working, let sufficient cold air enter from the suction outlet of the feeder, and bring the powder out through the screen through the crushing chamber is the correct channel of the wind road. If the installation accuracy is not high, the sealing of the door, cover plate, air pipe and joint is not good, it will also cause the short circuit of the wind path, the insufficient air volume through the crushing chamber, causing the crusher to "fever".
Improper use of pulse control instrument will reduce the use effect of pulse dust collector, indirectly resulting in insufficient air flow through the crushing chamber. The correct use method is the loop setting and blowing tube number; Pulse width adjustment in the middle; Interval regulation is in the middle; The effect of pulse dust collector is not high, check the pulse controller, adjust the pulse width and adjust the interval.
If the oil cup of the oil and gas separator before the air bag collects too much oil, the separation effect will be reduced, and the oil will stick to the filter felt after the air bag spraying; Or the compressed air pressure is too low (< 0.7mpa), will also reduce the use effect of pulse dust collector.
Improper use of the crusher, long-term under the overload state of work, will also cause the crusher fever, and even burning motor. The correct operating condition is that the motor operates at 90% of the rated load.
To sum up, the crusher "fever" is due to system problems or improper use, resulting in insufficient air volume through the crushing chamber caused; Because the powder discharge is not smooth, causing excessive crushing of materials, accelerated the output decline; Due to poor heat discharge and rapid accumulation, the grinder rotor works in a high temperature and high speed environment, which aggravates the wear of hammer and pin.
