Structural features:

1. Mixing effect: standard conical spiral mixer has two mixing spirals. In practical application, single (one long spiral), double (one long asymmetric spiral) and three (two short and one long symmetrical arrangement) root spirals can be used according to the equipment specifications. 2. Cooling and heating: jacket can be added outside the mixing barrel, and the material can be cooled or heated by injecting hot and cold medium into the jacket; Cooling is generally pumped into industrial water, heating can be through steam or electric heating heat conduction oil. 3. Liquid adding and mixing: the liquid injection tube is connected to the atomizing nozzle at the position of the intermediate shaft of the mixer to achieve liquid adding and mixing; By selecting a specific material, acid and alkaline liquid can be added to mix powder and liquid.

4. Compressive strength: the dome can be made of the cylinder cover, which can improve the compressive strength of the cylinder body of the mixer while reducing residue and facilitating cleaning. This setting is mostly used when the pressure resistance of the cylinder body of the mixer is needed.

5. Negative pressure feeding: in a specific process, the cylinder body of the mixer can be made into a negative pressure bin, and the dry material with good fluidity can be sucked into the mixing bin for mixing with a hose, which can avoid the residue and pollution in the material feeding link.

6. Discharging mode: Standard equipment generally adopts plum shaped "dislocation valve", which has a long spiral bottom
