Working principle:

The crushing chamber of the machine is composed of multiple rows of moving needles on the moving disk and multiple rows of static needles on the static disk, and the moving needles and static needles are arranged in a regular staggered manner. When working, air and material enter at the same time, the material through the quantitative feeder into the center of the crushing chamber, high-speed rotation of the moving disk will transfer centrifugal force to the material, the material is accelerated to the outer edge of the moving disk, material particles in the moving needle and static needle between the violent collision, rubbing, friction and crushing.

Performance characteristics:

1. Large processing capacity, 1-15 tons per hour (dry corn);

2, small wear, mainly rely on the material itself to collide with each other, so durable;

3, high yield, materials collide with each other resulting in the separation of skin and embryo, so that the yield of starch materials increase;
