Working principle:

The machine is equipped with a plurality of movable teeth around the grinding moving disk, a plurality of rows of special-shaped fixed teeth in the middle of the disk, and a plurality of rows of special-shaped ring teeth on the static disk (machine door). The movable steel teeth on the moving disk and the fixed ring teeth on the static disk are arranged in a regular staggered manner. When the spindle drives the moving disc to rotate at high speed, the movable teeth also follow the rotation, when the material through the hopper into the center of the crushing chamber, under the action of the centrifugal force of the movable teeth to the periphery movement, into the gap between the movable teeth and the fixed teeth, during the impact, shear, collision, friction and other forces, get full crushing. After the finished product is screened by the outer screen of the toothed disc, it is discharged from the lower discharge pipe outside the machine and enters the collection system under the suction of the induced draft fan. The crushing fineness of the machine can be adjusted by screen, or in special cases, the rotor speed can be adjusted by frequency converter to obtain the ideal fineness of the product. For materials with special requirements, water cooling jacket can be set in the crushing chamber, which is suitable for crushing heat-sensitive materials.
