(2) After the installation of the crusher, check the tightness of all parts, and check whether the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate, and whether the motor shaft and the crusher shaft are parallel.

(3) Before the crusher starts, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the operation is flexible and normal, whether there is collision in the casing, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct, whether the lubrication of the motor and the crusher is good, etc.

(4) After the mill starts, it should idle for 2-3 minutes first, and then feed the material when there is no abnormality.

(5) Carefully check the material, so as to avoid metal, stone and other hard objects into the crushing chamber to cause accidents.

(6) Feeding should be uniform. If there is noise, high temperature of bearing and body or spraying material, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

(7) When feeding, the staff should stand on the side of the crusher to prevent the debris from bouncing out of the face. Do not hold the long stalks too tightly to prevent them from being carried in.

(8) Do not replace the belt wheel casually, in case the speed is too high or too low.

(9) Stop feeding before stopping the machine, and cut off the power supply to stop the machine after cleaning the materials in the standby machine. Cleaning and maintenance should be carried out after the shutdown.

(10) After 300 hours of operation, the bearing must be cleaned and the oil replaced; When installing oil, it is better to fill 1/3 of the gap of the bearing seat, and Z shall not exceed 1/2. When the machine stops for a long time, the transmission belt should be removed.
