Flat air mill

Driven by centripetal airflow, fine particles are introduced into the central outlet pipe of the crusher and collected in the cyclone separator. The coarse powder is thrown to the wall of the crushing chamber for circular movement and continues to be crushed under the action of centrifugal force.

Opposite jet air mill

After the material enters the crushing chamber through the spiral feeder, the impact energy of high-speed air flow is sprayed out by several nozzles set relatively, and the collision and friction caused by the rapid expansion of the air flow is suspended boiling in the fluidized bed to crush the material. The coarse and fine mixed powder is driven by the negative pressure airflow through the turbine classification device set at the top. The fine powder is forced through the classification device and collected by the cyclone collector and bag dust collector. The coarse powder is thrown to the four walls by gravity and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification device and settles back to the crushing chamber to continue crushing.

Fluidized bed air mill

Airflow mill (fluidized bed airflow mill) is compressed air accelerated by laval nozzle into supersonic airflow after shooting into the crushing zone so that the material is fluidized (airflow expansion is fluidized bed suspension boiling and collision), so that each particle has the same state of motion. In the comminution zone, the accelerated particles smash into each other at the junction of each nozzle. The pulverized materials are transported to the classification area by updraft, and the fine powder that meets the particle size requirement is screened out by the horizontally arranged classification wheel, and the coarse powder that does not meet the particle size requirement is returned to the grinding area to continue grinding. Qualified fine powder is collected by high efficiency cyclone separator along with the airflow, and dust gas is filtered and purified by dust collector and then discharged into the atmosphere.

Circulating tube air mill

The raw material is added into the crushing chamber by venturi nozzle, and the high pressure air flow is sprayed into the racetrack circular tube crushing chamber with unequal diameter and variable curvature through a set of nozzles, accelerating the particles to impact each other, collision, friction and crushing. At the same time, the cyclone also drives the crushed particles into the classification area along the pipe, and the dense material flow is shunted under the action of the centrifugal force field in the classification area, and the fine particles are classified and discharged from the inner layer by the inertia classifier of the louver window. Coarse particles in the outer layer return along the lower tube to continue the cycle of crushing.
