Working principle:

This machine is composed of motor, all kinds of knife (knife, axe, hammer three kinds) composed of pendulum rotary body, feeding table, discharge mouth, crushing chamber and screen. After the material enters the hammer working area. The motor drives a number of pendulums on the spindle disk for high-speed circular motion generated by the impact force, for crushing. The crushed material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer head and impacts on the crushing baffle plate at high speed to be broken for the second time. Less than the screen aperture of the material discharged from the machine, and the particle size of the material, bounced back to the baffle, and by the hammer head additional impact again broken. In the whole crushing process, the materials also impact each other, collision and crushing. The product particle size mainly has the screen aperture to control and adjust, also can change the speed to adjust.
