Structural features:

1. Drive advantage: standard products are driven by belt pulley belt cycloid reducer, relative to the large torque of gear reducer, the elastic link of belt transmission has the advantage of protecting transmission parts when overloading.

2. The role of flying knife: the plow knife distributed in the cylinder in high speed operation for the material in addition to axial dispersion, but also can drive the material along the circular cylinder for circular flow, the middle of the flying knife to play an auxiliary mixing and agglomerate material dispersion for a few bureau.

3. Shape and speed of flying knife: the flying knife set of multi-layer blade is directly connected with the motor, and the standard speed is generally 1440r/min; According to the difference of material characteristics, the flying knife has a variety of shapes and speed options.

4. Atomizing nozzle: atomizing touch nozzle can be added above the flying knife to realize liquid mixing. Because the material at this position has a smaller aggregation density under the flying knife shear, the atomized liquid material is easier to enter and rub the powder.

5. Negative pressure feeding: square door with cylinder side opening can be used for observation and cleaning, standard type with sealing pad lock fastening; Travel switch can be added.

6. Discharging mode: this type of mixer can also be made into a continuous mixer. The retention time in the cylinder body can be controlled by adjusting the opening size of discharging valve, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the uniformity of mixing.
