Working principle:

PW550 crusher is composed of the body and the rotor of the crushing chamber on the rack, crushing the rotor directly driven by motor through a transmission belt, when the material after the feeding into the mouth, on the rotor by crushing blade tell under the action of centrifugal force produced by the rotation, to severe impact of the material, and the constant dao by the resistance after the collision, friction, extrusion and shattered. The fineness of the crushed material is controlled by the screen at the bottom of the cavity. The large particles can not pass the screen, continue to rotate in the cavity, and be broken again by the knife, until a certain fineness is screened and discharged from the feeding mouth.
